    We contacted Karen to help us downsize to Newburyport since the kids are getting out of college in May . The community is a very tough market to find a home with what we wanted : Downtown , 3 BRs , 2 BR , central AC with parking for at least 4 cars . Anything on the market that appealed to us sold quickly so we were discouraged that we might not be able to move where we wanted . Karen was unfazed and optimistic . She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home and it was not even listed for sale . We are thrilled with Karen went above and beyond to find our home. You won’t find a more dedicated RE agent .
